Yea, they definitely have a Nevermore vibe going, but I hear enough distinct differences between the 2 to keep them seperate in my head.

And Dooman, as far as Nevermore is concerned, you may have already checked out Dead Heart in a Dead World, but if not I recommend that CD. The opener Narcosynthesis is an amazing song.

As much as I love Nevermore, they will never, ever top Dead Heart!

What you used to love now, you're gonna adore. With Charmin Ultra, less is more. Cha Cha Cha, Charmin.

Another vote for Dead Heart... - that album is a masterpiece, even if it's a relatively new album. Everything just seems to snap into place with that one.

'Waves of Visual Decay' is my "album of the year" as of right now.  I haven't been able to listen to anything else for the past month or so.  The new Maiden leaked and I couldn't even take Communic out for that.  I just recently found 'Conspiracy In Mind' and it's just as good.

Oh, yea. Waves is in-freaking-credible. Love that CD. Definitely among the best of the year. Conspiracy in Mind is very good as well, but not even close to Waves.

I haven't listened to 'Conspiracy' enough to fairly judge, but as of right now, I agree with you.  It's hard to believe these guys are a 3-piece.
