Well when I read steel's post I thought about it for a bit and I called up a couple of my buddies in different parts of the state and asked them to help me out... So, you're covered from Dallas to Corpus.. I'm also cheking with my buddy who happens to be a radio producer for 101.7/KTEM News Radio here in Central Texas and he said if you guys ever play anywhere around, it shouldn't be that hard to get the word out.
They're always doing some sort of ticket giveaway and crap so that could help. But whenever the time comes, don't worry about Texas.. The redneck prevail again.

| Hmmmmm... If a "Street Team" is something that the band is also interested in... we could possibly create a "Street Team" forum here. This is where the flyers could be posted & promotional activities could be discussed and so on. Thoughts? Jason?

We would be very interested & appreciative to have street team assistance in as many markets and sites as possible.
At the moment, the only real merch we have to distribute are stickers and posters. It would be a great help to have people bring these to your local mom & pop CD stores. Stickers can be handed out at other shows, slid into magazines & books (with the backing still on) as bookmarks at the local bookstore or peeled & stuck on places where many people will see the Witchfork (get creative, we do).
I've toyed with the thought of uploading an official WItchfork stencil, so people can print, cut & spray paint on to their guitar cases, and other "legal" places. A friend's band did this ang got some fun results. As of now the fork is up on the press page, soon to move to the images page I believe.
Having people to call radio & video request lines is a big plus, especially when we take this video to MTV & Fuse very soon.
Spreading the word online is fast & easy and things like putting the video on your myspace page or iPods is a great way to promote. Sending out newsletters to others on your email list is awesome, especially when we have big news (new CD, tour, etc.) and posting on other blogs & forums helps stimulate conversation and steer people to the mighty LivingForMetal!
The squeaky wheel gets the greasing, right? So hopefully we can all continue increasing our noise and makeing more stores, media, magazines (not just metal, but other lifestyle mags). concert promoters, managers of other bands. and anyone who will listen, take notice. We want nothing more than to drop what we're doing and take our show to your town, but to make that happen we really need a strong buzz in enough cities to make it finiancially feasible. There is a lot of competition out there for a dwindling CD & convert market, so we all must get creative & remain persistent so that our less than mainstream music & lifestyle can continue to flourish and we can come raise a toast to you in your hometown!

| Well I'm in San Antonio and if you guys want promotion .I'm your man . I play all over town and I have lots of places for promos and flyers . And tons of friends that dig You guys You ever come through here or if you'd like to come through i can hook you up with a venue in no time ! and get u tons of promotion. I can take all of SA and austin .

| Jason... if your interested, I'd be willing to put Icarus Witch stickers / buttons within all of my orders. So, if someone orders some leather or some WatchTower stuff... they open the package... and what do you know.. a cool Icarus surprise. Just a thought... Let me know what you think. Also, the offer still stands to creat a "IW Street Team" forum... within your LivingForMetal forum... for a central place for team communication and all that jazz..
