Well I got a few ideas... I was talking to Jason about spreading the word and shit...
How about this... to make it easier for everyone have someone design an official Icarus Witch printable flyer that we can easily get about.. That way all you have to have is a printer and a computer.. (and the internet.. but if you don't have that.. you're probably not reading this shit right now)
I know around here there are lots of music shops and stores that will let you post up a flyer here and there... So, why dont we all just start our own web of people passing it out..
Design the flyer with a large, noticable logo and then put the band's website on there. Keep it updated with show dates or leave an editable spot on the flyer layout for us fans to put down show dates if the Witch happens to be in the area.

Also to add another tiny note.. If you guys are on any other forums with just like an open discussion. I play a MMO called Dark Age of Camelot and we have a really close knit forum community of about 500 people or so. There is a sub-forum just for music.. I post regularly on there about the band and just basic information. 90% of them are metal freaks too so you know.
Just do little things like that. Another idea is to do what I did on my MySpace. You can have a link to the CTM music video, just go into the source and copy and paste the embedded HTML into your 'About me' section. And if you're on 56k or something and hate loading that shit every time, then just throw in a little link or two somewhere in there (like in your music section.) And it's a good idea to get something like photobucket. On my myspace page I have a picture of an album cover for most of my favorite bands.. gives a better visual and it's been proven that if a person sees it like that, they'll remember it.
And seriously.. I should be like a marketing genius or something.. christ... I could ramble on for hours.

Yeah, its called a 'street team'... other bands have them, and they 'market' the band when and where they are playing. All we need is a printable PDF type flyer like you said and a blank box at the bottom to fill in the venue, date.....

Yeah yeah.. I know down here in Texas I could put shit up all the way from Austin to Dallas along interstate 35.. (otherwise I'd just get lost..)
