Well I had my 22nd bday monday and had a good valentines day. Well today I've been dumped by my girlfriend of four years. 
Sorry if you think I'm posting this for symathy but I feel close to you guys and I do need some. I fell pretty bad right now.

Wow, dumped right after valentine's. I feel for you, bro. I really do. I'm sorry things went from good to bad so quickly.
Just throw in some really angry metal and scream as loud as you can. That might help relieve some of the tension. I did that a few times after a break up and it seems to work a little bit.

| Thrash... I've been there, my friend. Actually, I dated my wife twice. We had a pretty nasty breakup & really didin't see each other for 6 months or so... but it must have been meant to be, because we hooked up again & we have now been married for 12 years. Just cling to the things that make you who you are... and remember that metal & metalheads (like us) will always be there... Look Up! Live Life! and enjoy yourself.. We aren't here for very long. | Hey Thrash , hang in there dude .. I went thru the same ordeal when I was about your age , actually i was going to turn 19 ... back in 91 . i had been w\ my Ex for about 3 years . My birthday was coming up in FEB also and That Valentines SUCKED .. I have to say it was a life changing experience for me.. cuz soon after I realized that my dreams of being a musician were not gonna happen if i just kept feeling sorry for myself and waiting for her . So i worked a few more months ,saved all my $$$ and split . Did all the stuff I wanted to . Trust me .. the single life at your age has many more Advantages than you might ever realize . Cuz some things in life no matter how you feel about them usually years later you learn thru trial and error that .....in the End , things Happen for Greater Reasons than can be explained . I'm sure you might be questioning this right now and wondering why it happened ...But all I can say is Keep your Head up bro... something positive will always come out of a situation like this..and who know's ? She just might come running back to you ... someday ... then everything i Just wrote will all have been for crap ..lol. Take it EZ bro.. and have a drink on me ...
