Tested out some Behemoth yesterday (Satanica and a little Demigod). Holy crap, these guys are intense. Sounds great, though.What took you so long? Are you a poser n00b?!

Ha! No, not scared - just wasn't sure I would enjoy the vocals and image of the band. I used to hate death metal and black metal vocals (still not too sure about black metal). I always felt more comfortable with bands wearing jeans and a t-shirt for a gig, not corpse paint, 10" spikes on an armband and leather trench coats. Now I don't really care what the image is.

Both bands are amazing.
I enjoy Behemoth's early Black Metal works to an extent, but overall i prefer the newer Death Metal stuff.
Immortal are just fucking great. There isnt one album by them i dont enjoy.

I'm liking it so far.Nergal, is one of the most intense people i've ever gotten the chance to meet. A truly good live act. I am hoping for nothing less than greatness on their new album.
