To me, this question hinges on how I meet my demise. If an infected hangnail or something lame like that takes you down, you really can't have a badass song at your funeral. However, if you go out in a hail of bullets or defending your woman, then something truly epic is needed.
With all that said, I would probably go with Symphony X - The Odyssey for two reasons. First, the song deals with the characters trials and tribulations while trying to make it back home. This has a rather nice symbolic quality. Second, I would just love to make all of my friends and family sit through a 20+ minute metal song.

If I were to choose for that reason I would go for either A Change of Seasons or 6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence by Dream Theater, or Black Rose Immortal by Opeth.
