As far as everyone being a reviewer/staffer, that wasn't by design, it has just sorta happened that way. Some of the people weren't originally staffers but got addded because they posted on the forums all the time anyway.  I've been posting a few of my reviews to Metal Archives with a link to LFM as a footnote to try and cross-advertise to get new people to check out our site. I really love that Encyclopedia Metallum site though. The only other website I check out with any frequency is Blabbermouth because I know Scott, one of the review writers. If you're interested in writing reviews for our site, you should send a private message to Bare. Usually the drill is to submit a review of something you liked and then a review of something you weren't too hot on.

I have been using MA for four or five years as a resource and started submitting reviews there.... roughly 2 and half years ago. I have been posting all the recent reviews I have written and a few past ones in the review thread I made for my work on this forum.

I just got a promotion at work. SWEEET. I am no longer a measly customer service associate. I shall henceforth be known as an Outside Lawn and Garden Associate... Notice how I capitalized my new title. It is worthy of it. I hope this is a portent of my future ascension at Lowe's Home Improvement. Maybe one day I will rise to become the CEO or District Manager or something. That would be neat.
