| There is a trend going on amongst certain high profile bands that i do not like.........bringing out releases where they do covers. I think this is a piss poor attempt at making some extra cash & its just an excuse to release something as they do not have the mindset to come up with anything original. Whats next...............Deicide covering Frank Sinatra & Dean Martin? Enough of this crap already i say.

I'm OK with covers as long as they are done right. If the band just does a note for note version of the original than what's the point. If there is some variation than I'm curious.

I hate it when the bands put the cover songs in the middle of the album instead of at the very end.

It does seem like there's been a rebirth of covers lately. I'm not a big fan.
Killswitch Engage's cover of Holy Diver pisses me off.
