| Hopefully I'll be seeing these guys for the second time this summer. What do you think of the band? I think they're virtually unparalleled as far as musicianship and composition go. Michael Romeo is a god. What's your favorite Symphony X album? Mine is easily V, with Divine Wings of Tragedy falling in behind.

To be completely honest I don't listen to them all that much. I have 2 albums, V and The Odyssey, but neither get a whole lot of play time. I always say I will give them a better listen but I never get around to it. Maybe someday.

I know how much you like Suspyre, and SymX would be right up your alley. V is definitely better than The Odyssey, but they're both good.

| The Odyssey is one of the best songs I've ever heard, so I would say that The Odyssey > Everything else from them By the way, this thread should be moved to the progressive forum. This band has very little power metal in their sound
