A good band, and is growing on me with each listen.  I'm still new to the black metal scene, btw.  I have heard both good and not so good things about their latest, so I'm curious to see the Living for Metal review when posted.  (It's coming soon, I believe)

I really liked Death Cult Armageddon, and I'm also a big fan of Enthrone Darkness Triumphant and Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia.  I've also heard mixed reviews about In Sorte Diaboli (there's another long-ass album title, though not quite as bad as the previous ones).  I listened to some of that album last night and thought it sounded quite a bit like Death Cult.  I'll probably have a more definite opinion later on this weekend, though, after I've listened to it more.

I love the band.

What you used to love now, you're gonna adore. With Charmin Ultra, less is more. Cha Cha Cha, Charmin.

for me they sound too comercial for black metal. black metal should be as underground as it can be. black metal is the dark underground art

I actually think a lot of the traditional black metal is a lot easier to listen to than the bands that are considered "commercial" (Gaydle doesn't count since they always sucked balls).

Bah... Call me commerical, but I think the "troo" black metal sounds like shit and on purpose. It's not really the music I don't like, it's the fact that it sounds like it was made in a cave. Yeah, it's underground, so I don't expect it to be produced by Timbaland or something, but still...

In my opinion, the new Dimmu isn't all that amazing. It's okay, but there just doesn't seem to be nearly as many defined riffs to keep the tracks from blending together.
