6. Bands I prefer?  Iron Maiden, Symphony X, Nevermore, Hypocrisy, Opeth, In Flames, Children of Bodom, Dream Theater, pre-90s Metallica

7. Things I love?  metal, horror, my dog, writing, cold weather
8. Things I hate?  extreme heat, stupidity,
9. Favorite concert you've attended?  1. Symphony X, Devin Townsend Band - Omaha, NE in November 2003 // 2. Dream Theater - Kansas City, MO in March 2002 // 3. Great to see someone who loves the cold and hates the heat. Welcome to the site.

Howdy dooooody.

Welcome to Living for Metal. Hope you like it here. Great list of favorite bands. Hard to go wrong with Dream Theater, Maiden, Opeth, In Flames (at least the older stuff) and Nevermore.

Yes, please do.

So, what's this Heavy Frequency site about?  I took a quick look but it's nice to hear about from someone who knows.

Yes, please do.

So, what's this Heavy Frequency site about?  I took a quick look but it's nice to hear about from someone who knows.

It's a webzine that covers local (Kansas/Missouri and other parts of the Midwest) metal.  I'm a writer there.    Thanks for checking it out!
