I'm really liking Dissection's new album "Reinkaos".

3 piece, stripped down, straight forward music with black metal vocals...   Very simple and straight forward... but I just keep listening to it.

Other opinions?

I don't think it compares to Storm Of The Lights bane or Somberlain, it is a good album in itself. Reminds me of In Flames' Clayman sort of.

What you used to love now, you're gonna adore. With Charmin Ultra, less is more. Cha Cha Cha, Charmin.

I'm putting this here and not in the news item because I'm waiting for it to be confirmed.

I just hope I don't have to read him say how he's going to do magick and chaos and something number 123456 from his grave.

I was just about to post the same thing.

And I agree, wait for confirmation before adding it to the front page.

Dissection's music is godly, but that guy was a douchebag and an ass. All he did was talk about how he's going to summon some mystical powers with magick, chaos and something about anti cosmic metal #2115 (I don't remember the number) of death. If that guy put as much effort into making sure he can get to a show before confirming it as he puts into his crazy ramblings, maybe he wouldn't have been so hated. I had tickets for the NYC show, but I guess it's good that I won't go. If I had to stand there and listen to him blab about magick and chaos, I would have jumped on stage and kicked his ass or something, or st least started throwing stuff at him.

I"ve heard people say bad things about that album but I've never heard myself so. But Storm Of The Lights Bane is a god damn great album.

I personally don't care for the new album. His beliefs are his own, so I won't judge him based on that. Storm of the Light's Bane is still one of my favorites.
