Imaginations from the Other Side is probably the one I like the most.
then again, all Guardian's stuff is damn good. just jump right in and start listening.

I would recommend jumping into Nightfall in Middle Earth or Tales from the Twilight World, both very good... or start from the very beginning with Battalions of Fear.

i like their 1st album. its more speed metal than power. but somewhere far beyond is my favorite blind guardian album

From A Twist in the Myth the song Turn the Page is addicting. Love the melody and chorus, and guitar work. Awesome song.

as of today i now have ALL Blind Guardian CDs. all the albums, all the live cds, even the 2 demos.

Twilight World and Imaginations from the Other Side are the other two I would suggest. Imaginations is probably my all time favorite, but all are good. :D

I used to have Somewhere Far Beyond (but sold it), and I currently have A Night at the Opera...I'd be interested in getting some more too. I've heard a little bit of A Twist in the Myth but not enough to pass judgment on it yet.

I think A Twsit in the Myth would be a good place to start. I also like A Night at the Opera, but these guys have close to 20 albums, so it's difficult for me to choose which would be best to start out with.
