What do you guys think of the new band shirts bands are coming out with? The ones that have the print all over the shirt, like this:

I am a big fan of the horror genre and recently watched a French horror movie called Inside. Basically, the movie revolves around a woman's attempt to remove a baby from another woman. A fantastic minimalist-style horror movie with plenty of blood and intensity. A must watch for any fan of the horror genre!

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

I just got this awesome Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Live dvd collection! Has anyone else picked it up? It's a three disc collection featuring performances, induction speeches, and other cool special features.

One of my favorite scenes is the performance of the Beatles' "I Saw Her Standing There" performed by George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Mick Jagger, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, and John Fogerty.

There's tons of coolness in here though, and I haven't even made it to the end of disk 1 yet!

There's a little more info and a trailer for the collection over at Amazon if anyone's interested.

Well, I'm afraid the time has come to retire LivingForMetal.com :-(

As you all may know, Queen Diamond & I have a LOT going on and LFM has fallen to the wayside. Due to some recent events at work, this will only increase as we try to gain some sort of job security in this crazy economy / world.

I'll wait until 9/1/09 to start the cancellation of the LFM website hosting service.

I'd like to thank you all for this wonderful run & I wish it would have turned out differently... but I couldn't have guessed the changes in my life, when I created LFM 5 years ago.

Sorry for the sad news, but it is time. LFM had an awesome run and made some great strides, but life happened for everyone involved. LFM ended up taking a back seat to everything and contributions to the site just dwindled so fast.

is anyone here into Super 400? they've been around for 15 years, and just put out a new album (cd AND vinyl!). They've got this Led zep meets audioslave thing going on. The single "flashlight" is pretty radio friendly, but they've also got these really ballsy tunes.

The Real Ghostbusters!

Does anyone remember The Real Ghostbusters? It used to be my favorite cartoon, and then it completely slipped off of my radar. A few weeks ago I found out that it's been released for the first time on DVD! Season 1 just came out and I picked it up the other day.

It's awesome! The episodes all have introductions by random cast/crew from the show, which gives a bit of a behind the scenes info about the show. There are also some commentaries, a "making of"documentary, and a lot of other cool stuff.

Can't wait for volume 2!
