I tend to agree.

And I have 3 boots to my name. 2 Dream Theater and one **gasp** Nirvana. I got the Nirvana Unplugged cd about 3 or 4 months before it was released officially, and my copy has different tracks then the official, plus I think 5 or 6 extra live tracks.

RE: bootlegs
eddie heckethorn (11/20/2005)
i agree on the official cd thing. i do not believe that official cd's from any band should be copied but what what about unofficial live bootlegs? i mean i dont believe they should be sold either but what about sharing or trading? i guess the reason i ask is that i would like to see or hear seven witches live but they dont seem to come near where i live.
Live bootlegs have existed since the dawn of metal... and now with better technology it is even more so (and they sound better)... Some bands are against it & some bands cherish it... I personally have a few bootlegs in my collection... Mainly bands that I'm really into... and for this reason these bootlegs mean much too me :)

RE: bootlegs

i agree on the official cd thing. i do not believe that official cd's from any band should be copied but what what about unofficial live bootlegs? i mean i dont believe they should be sold either but what about sharing or trading? i guess the reason i ask is that i would like to see or hear seven witches live but they dont seem to come near where i live.

RE: bootlegs
eddie heckethorn (11/20/2005)
dont know if i should ask, but how do seven witches feel about bootlegs of their shows? do they mind?
Well I know they don't like burning of there cd's. Do to the fact that they do have to make a living if you know what I mean. If everyone burned cd then they would really have no reason to make them would they. Because if no one buys the cd the band dosen't get paid for ther talents, record companies drop them do to low sales. Then we lose metal forever. So my answer would be no.

bootlegs

dont know if i should ask, but how do seven witches feel about bootlegs of their shows? do they mind?
