Although it may be somewhat cheesy, I might also go for Kansas - Dust in the Wind. It just seems fitting for the occasion and it's probably one of my favorite classic rock songs.

If I were to choose for that reason I would go for either A Change of Seasons or 6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence by Dream Theater, or Black Rose Immortal by Opeth.

To me, this question hinges on how I meet my demise. If an infected hangnail or something lame like that takes you down, you really can't have a badass song at your funeral. However, if you go out in a hail of bullets or defending your woman, then something truly epic is needed.
