The vocals remind me of King Diamond's mid range style. I like the whole Mercyful Fate vibe to the music. Good stuff.

Thanks for checking us out. We will be playing next Saturday May 13th at the Texas Metal Health IV Benefit / A Tribute To David Wayne at Sam's Burger Joint in San Antonio, Texas. All bands will be performing a song during their set list Tributing the life of the late David Wayne formerly of Metal Church, Wayne and Reverend. Reverend will be debuting their new vocalist who will carry on Reverend as David wished before his untimely death almost 1 year ago to show time. The show will be video taped and for sale according to PICC Productions who is organizing the event. All proceeds to benefit The Lukemia & Lymphoma Society. First 10 through the door get a Texas Metal Health IV T-shirt. It's sure to be a magical evening. If you can make it, we'd love to meet you. It's for a great cause. Great Location! SBJ was voted SA's #1 music venue. Get there early enough to get it in. SBJ only holds 500 people. Doors open at 7:30pm. Only $8.00 to get in. (Ages 18+)

Ancient Cross has been on the scene here for a while and is a great Metal band. I am absolutely looking forward to seeing u guys with Reverend and Azraels bane on the 13th .. Gonna be a great show !!!!!!

Great website you have here. We were contacted through myspace about Living For Metal. We are an original metal band from San Antonio Texas called "ANCIENT CROSS" www.ancientcross.com. Our influences are many but mostly: Overkill, Metal Church, Savatage, Merciful Fate and Helstar to name a few. We have shared the stage with: Helstar, Rick Sanford Project (Legs Diamond vocalist, Agent Steel, Helstar and Shadowkeep and this year Reverend and Azrael's Bane. We have a cd coming out this year. It was recorded at www.monstermusicstudio.com The cd includes 8 original songs including "The Queen Is Dead" which will be included on Metal Crusade(a 30,000 print compilation released throughout Europe)You can listen to us and learn more about us at our website.
