Hey guys just wondering what concerts have you been to recently and which ones were your favorite?? I got a chance to go to coachella, it was amazing! Prince was a little late to get on stage but he killed it! I also like korn but i've actually never been to a concert. I only have this DVD of them in montreux back in 2004 that i got from work which is still pretty cool..i was talking about it on another forum earlier. What are your guys' favorite concerts ?? My two are Korn and Coachella..korn being my favorite.

My last concert was nearly a year ago, but it was a bruiser.  I ended up seeing Virgin Black and Epicurean last July.  While Epicicurean provided the groove and the energy, Virgin Black came on stage and, aside from a few technical issues, totally crushed the audience.

KD 3 years ago.
Right behind that are KD the first time I saw the band (almost 5 years ago), Celtic Frost and Maiden (both were almost a couple of years ago)

What you used to love now, you're gonna adore. With Charmin Ultra, less is more. Cha Cha Cha, Charmin.

Has to Testament & Tesla as in the end age shall not weary them but make them stronger & both bands proved that the older they get the better they get as performers although they were always AWESOME!!!!!!

My favorite "concert" wasn't actually metal at all. There's a multi-floor building in Kansas City that has a whole bunch of different conference room/banquet type areas with a big auditorium on the main floor. They opened up the whole place and had basically six different techno/electronica DJs spinning at a time, each in seperate rooms. Something like 50 DJs total. The main auditorium had the bigger name acts. One ticket gets you in and you can basically roam the whole place the whole night. Each room had really good sound isolation, so all the seperate rooms didn't interfere with each other. I think it's an annual event. I've been twice, and had a blast both times.

I used to go to metal shows a lot, but I don't hardly go anymore. I haven't been to a show in probably a year or so. It got to the point where I had seen about everyone I had really wanted to see and had started to see a lot of repeat opening acts that I had seen several times before. For instance, I think I have seen Goatwhore 7 times, and I've never gone to a show specifically to see them, they just always seemed to be on the bill. I've seen Opeth a few times and they put on a really good show. A lot of other really good shows I've seen have been from bands I don't mind, but I'm not a huge fan of... Seen both Judas Preist and Iron Maiden on Ozzfests and their shows were really cool as far as theatrics go. Cradle of Filth's live show was like a circus carnival. The Cradle of Filth show was in a pretty average sized bar, and it was more elabaorate than just about anyone I've seen even on arena stages. Another band that has put on really good shows as far as stage presence is Slipknot.
