| I have listened to a promo of the new Cryptopsy album. They got rid of Lord Worm.. again. I've never been a fan of Lord Worm, but the new vocalist is like the epitome of generic for the current metal scene. They went from super crazy technical to mediocre deathcore with their new stuff. There are even some clean singing parts... Yeah, on a Cryptopsy album. Pretty sure this one is gonna spark up some serious backlash.

I've never really liked Cryptopsy, but this just takes it to whole new levels of suck and fail

I agree with Jeremy. it's dumbed down and falls into many trends of the genre right now.

When they decided to change there sound why didnt they change there name as well.....by keeping there name they are giving fans who havent heard there new stuff a false impression that they still sound like they did.
