OK, so I don't have it yet, but someone should by now.  I'd like to hear what you all think about it.

Please, fire away.  Inquiring minds want to know.

Icarus Witch have matured musically, and it shows in the song quality on the album. The track "Afterlife" has become my favorite song on the album because of its use of dynamics to match the content in the lyrics, entice certain emotions from the listener, and showcase the wide range of musical skills of the members of Icarus Witch. I won't nitpick about details or go into a million-word spiel, but I enjoy many aspects of the new album.

I've been listening to this a lot the past 2 days, and I am still taking it all in, but holy moly!! Jason and the band have really delivered. The sound quality is incredible. Jason's bass is right up in the forefront. The guitar tone is down and dirty (in a good way). Matt's voice has gotten better and so has his delivery. In all so far Songs for the Lost is a major hit!

Well done!!!
