I'm currently fighting some hellacious Spyware and Adware on my computer. This is really my first significant attack... I'm a mature and smart internet browser.. but I obviously clicked on the wrong thing... argghhhh..

| Been there, done that, my friend. Even had a hellacious charge show up on my phone bill once. Made a few phone calls to have it wiped off, but I was told that I clicked on a link, accepted some deal, blah blah blah. It was some x-rated party line or something. What a crock. At least I didn't have to pay. Now I have a bunch of stuff running on my PC to prevent other incidents like that.

i havent got one of those since back in '03. it really pissed me off, so i put together a program package to kill any and all spy/adware and popups
